You'll receive your tickets before your event starts, delivered straight to your phone or email inbox. If you need assistance accessing your tickets, just reach out.

The Right Seats or Better

You'll always get the exact seats you purchased or we'll upgrade you to better seats at no additional cost.

Full Refund if the Event is Canceled or Rescheduled

If your event gets canceled and not rescheduled to a new date, you'll receive a full refund. If it's rescheduled, your tickets will automatically be valid for the new date, or you can request a full refund within 30 days of the rescheduling announcement.

About venue entry requirements:

Some venues may have extra entry rules like health screenings or other safety protocols. If you're turned away for a reason unrelated to your ticket's validity (for example, not meeting a venue's health or ID requirements) this guarantee does not apply.
