How do I use Dibs?

Type what you're looking for, like "cheapest lower level seats for the Knicks" or "When is Beyoncé in Boston?" Dibs understands natural language and responds with ticket options that match your preferences.

Do I need to create an account?

You can explore and receive ticket recommendations without an account. If you decide to purchase, we'll ask for basic info like your name and contact details to complete the checkout.

Is Dibs available in my city?

We support major events across the U.S., plus select international markets. If you're looking for something specific and can't find it, just ask and we'll try to help.

Finding Tickets

How do I ask for tickets?

Just type a message like "Knicks game this Friday" or "Tate McRae NYC tickets." You can ask about artists, teams, venues, or cities. Dibs handles it all.

Can I search by budget or section?

Yes. You can say things like "under $150," "lower bowl only," or "floor seats if possible." Dibs will filter and prioritize results based on your request.

How many tickets can I buy at once?

You can request up to 10 tickets in a single order. Larger group requests may be possible, just let us know what you need.

How long do ticket options last?

Prices and availability can change at any time. We recommend purchasing as soon as you find a good option. Tickets cannot be held prior to purchase.

What if I don't receive my tickets?

If your tickets haven't arrived in the expected time, reach out to us right away. Tickets are always guaranteed in time for the event under our Buyer Guarantee.

Cancellations & Refunds
